Problems viewing items in the cart?
The shopping cart requires that you have cookies enabled in your browser. If you place items in the cart but they don’t appear you will need to enable cookies in your browser security settings.
Travena will replace or refund any unwanted product or if found to be damaged or defective providing you notify us at the address shown on the contact page within 28 days of delivery and we will credit your card accordingly. We will require the customer to cover the cost of postage for returning the product.
Normally within 4 working days from clearance of card payment.
We currently require payement in GBP (Pounds Sterling) This will be converted at the current rates of exchange when the payment is made from your own currency.
There are no export restrictions on our products and we can ship to any country. Approved for use throughout the EEC in accordance with regulation “EEC No. 2092/91”
Is through Pay360 Secure Server and we accept all major Credit and Visa Cards. We do not store any credit or visa card information on our servers.
